<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING THE BID FOR <br />2002 STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR CHARLES PERRY PARK AND CUMMINGS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2002 Storm Drainage <br />Improvements for Charles Perry Park and Cummings Park, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br /> <br />Dryden Excavating <br />Blacktop Repair Services, Inc. <br />Jay Bros., Inc. <br />Lametti and Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />$ 66,500.00 <br />67,845.00 <br />70,431.50 <br />166,150.00 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Dryden Excavating is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The bid for the 2002 Storm Drainage Improvements for Charles Perry Park <br />and Cummings Park be awarded to Dryden Excavating according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br />bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract <br />has been signed. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
