<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />/],\~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-48 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Code of Ordinances provides that fees be established from <br />time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council previously approved Resolution #01-28, establishing the 2002 fee <br />schedule on the same date the recodification of city ordinances was approved in Ordinance <br />No.335; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fees charged by the City, and would <br />recommend that the attached fee schedule be in effect for the balance of year 2002; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conncil of the City of Arden Hills that <br />the attached fee schedule be adopted: <br /> <br />(See Attachment) <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees shall hecome effective September 30, 2002. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
