<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 02-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING 2002 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CANVASS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills held its General Election on November 5, 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 205.185, Subd. 3, requires that the City Council canvass the <br />results of the election within seven (7) days of the election; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on November 6, 2002 as an item of business at a special <br />City Council meeting, as a canvassing board to review the results ofthe election. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Milmesota, that the City Council declares the results of the election as identified on the attached <br />canvassing list, and authorizes the City Administrator to notify Ramsey County ofthe results of said <br />canvass. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARD <br />OF NOVEMBER, 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />{PL ;//;:'?--:,// ~:icl(.7/L.~ <br />L ~/ L..- ""'.-' t.
