<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Resolution 02-59 <br /> <br />A Resolution Receiving Report and Calling a Public Hearing <br />on Improvement of <br />Karth Lake East and Ingerson Neighborhoods <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 02-50, which the Council adopted <br />September 30, 2002, a report has been prepared by City Engineer Greg <br />Brown/URS with reference to the improvement of Karth Lake East and <br />Ingerson Neighborhoods, and this report was received by the Council on <br />November 12,2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provided information regarding whether the <br />proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1, The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br />property for a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $2,500,000,00, <br /> <br />2, A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvements on the 9th day of December 2002, in the <br />Council Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 p.rn. and the Deputy <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 12th day of Nove <br /> <br />ATTES;.J\:17 1..1. if IAIljf~ ... <br />FO~( Jl.-r~ <br />Joseph Lynch, Administrator <br />
