TONY SCHMmT PARK TRAIL <br /> . Major arterial route runs north and south from Lake Joharma to County Road F. <br /> . Mutual benefit to have an underpass for the Sioux Line Railroad. The County <br /> obtained a 20-foot easement for the underpass. <br /> . Railroad has an engineering firm and will award contracts. <br /> . It is a two-phase process: Design phase and Construction Phase. <br /> . . The underpass location would be where the railroad is elevated. It is further west than <br /> tIle current location. <br /> ------- <br />
