CALL TO ORDER <br /> Acting Chair Werner called the April 26, 2005 meeting of the Parks, Trails and Recreation <br /> Committee to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Acting Chair Joani Werner, Committee Members Lanny Baumann, <br /> Jim Crassweller, Dave McClung, Rich Straumann, Roger Williams and Steve Zilmer. <br /> OTHERS PRESENT: Tom Moore, Operations & Maintenance Director; Michelle Olson, Parks <br /> and Recreation Supervisor; Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor; Gregg Larson, City Council Liaison; <br /> and Bonita Sullivan, Recording Secretary. <br /> MEMBERS NOT PRESENT: Committee Member Bill Henry and Derrek Hames. <br /> . APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> The Agenda was approved by consensus. <br /> 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> . Approve March 22, 2005 Minutes. <br /> Committee Member McClung stated he had corrections: <br /> . Page nine, paragraph four, line two and three <br /> Reads 'complete the linkage for the Rice Street Corridor'. <br /> Should read: 'complete the linkage for the Rice Creek Corridor.' <br /> . Item C - Committee Membership - the motion was not included and should read: <br /> MOTION: Committee Member Crassweller moved, seconded by Committee Member Zilmer, <br /> to recommend that the Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee to move forward <br /> in their effort for new membership that would add diverse viewpoints and <br /> perspective to the PTRC. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Committee Member Crassweller motioned, seconded by Committee Member <br /> . Zilmer to approve the March 22, 2005 minutes as amended.
