ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—APRIL 13, 2026 14 <br /> to park on the street at certain times. She stated she would be happy to discuss this matter further <br /> at a future worksession meeting. <br /> Councilmember Monson explained this year was Arden Hills 751h Anniversary and an event was <br /> being planned for July. She noted the planning committee was seeking business sponsors at this <br /> time. <br /> Mayor Grant stated last month the Council joined the Safe and Stable Communities Coalition. <br /> He commented on how this group was requesting $10 million be set aside by the State to assist <br /> communities and businesses that have been impacted by ICE actions. He asked if the Council <br /> supported this action. The Council offered their support. <br /> Mayor Grant reported he was elected Chair of the Ramsey County 911 Dispatch Policy <br /> Committee. <br /> Mayor Grant explained at the last meeting the Council requested a copy of Roberts Rules of <br /> Order and asked if staff had provided this information. <br /> City Administrator Jagoe indicated she had given a copy to Mayor Grant as well as at the dais <br /> for the City Attorney. <br /> Councilmember Weber reported he had requested a copy of Roberts Rules of Order from the <br /> dais at the last City Council meeting. <br /> Mayor Grant stated with respect to the parking citations, the City's ordinance states cars are not <br /> to be parked on street from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. <br /> City Administrator Jagoe reported she would add the ice plunge to a future work session agenda <br /> and asked if the Council wanted to discuss the City's overnight parking ordinance at a future <br /> meeting. The Council supported adding this item to a future work session agenda. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a motion to <br /> adiourn.
