M4tion toRight of Way n equisit}en and Tempsrai=y Easement Costs Old <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried(5- <br /> 9. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> A. Motion to Approve Cooperative Agreement with the City of Roseville - <br /> Hamline Avenue Watermain and Trail Improvements (Between County Road <br /> C and Snelling Avenue) <br /> Councilmember Holden explained she had received a number of questions from residents and <br /> indicated she would like to know where the trail would be located. <br /> Public Works Director Swearingen reviewed the location of the Hamline Avenue trail within this <br /> improvement project. He noted Roseville's goal was to complete a loop around Lake Josephine and <br /> Arden Hills had a small segment included in this project. <br /> Councilmember Holden asked if the trail area off Lydia would be addressed so the trail would not <br /> be underwater. <br /> Public Works Director Swearingen commented grading work would be completed to address this <br /> concern. <br /> Councilmember Weber commented on how the water line would be increased from 12" to 16" <br /> through this project. He questioned if HDPE lines would be cheaper for the water lines. <br /> Public Works Director Swearingen stated this material line would allow the contractor to receive <br /> pricing for HDPE or iron pipe. He indicated Roseville would prefer the project to be completed <br /> with ductal iron pipe(DIP). He reported he does not anticipate the bid for the project would change. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a <br /> motion to Approve Cooperative Agreement with the City of Roseville - <br /> Hamline Avenue Watermain and Trail Improvements Between County Road <br /> C and Snelling Avenue). The motion carried (5-0). <br /> B. Motion to Approve Right-of-Way Acquisition and Temporary Easement Costs <br /> -Old Highway 10 Trail Improvements <br /> Councilmember Holden reported she received calls from two residents on this project asking <br /> where the right-of-way acquisitions would occur. <br />
