County Road J, which borders the northeast corner of the Shoreview <br /> segment, is a two-four lane county-state aid highway (C.R. 1) that <br /> serves as an east-west minor arterial between Interstate Highways <br /> 35-E and 35-W. The section of roadway, bordering the segment, <br /> has a present ADT volume of 9,000 and a projected level of 12,600 <br /> in the year 2015. <br /> b. Lexington Avenue, which bisects the northeast corner of the <br /> Shoreview segment, is a two-lane county-state aid highway (C.R. 5) <br /> that serves as a north-south minor arterial. The section of roadway <br /> bordering the segment has a present ADT volume of 6,050 and a <br /> projected level of 8,470 for the year 2015. <br /> c. County Road I, which borders the south side of the Shoreview <br /> segment and the north side of the Arden Hills segment, is a two-lane <br /> county-state aid highway (C.R.3) that serves as an east-west minor <br /> arterial street between Lexington Avenue and U.S. Highway 10. The <br /> section of roadway bordering the segments has a present ADT <br /> volume of 6,400 and a projected level of 8,960 for the year 2015. <br /> . d. County Road H, which borders the south side of the Arden Hills <br /> segment, and north side of the New Brighton-Mounds View <br /> segment, is a two-lane county-state aid highway (C.R. 88) that <br /> serves as an east-west minor arterial street between Interstate 35- <br /> Wand Central Avenue. The section of roadway bordering the <br /> segments has a present ADT volume of 5,800 and a projected level <br /> of 8,120 for the year 2015. <br /> e. First Avenue Northwest (Did Highway 8), which borders the east side <br /> of the New Brighton-Mounds View segment is a two-four lane <br /> county-state aid highway (C.R.??) that serves as a north-south minor <br /> . arterial between County Road H and County Road D. The section of <br /> roadway, bordering the segment has a present ADT volume of 4,400 <br /> and a projected level of 6,160 for the year 2015. <br /> 2. Sanitary Sewers - refer to maps on pages VI-38, VI-42 and VI-46. <br /> a. Shoreview Segment - a 60-inch diameter east to west flowing MCES <br /> interceptor passes through the northern and western sides of the <br /> , segment between Lexington Avenue and Interstate Highway 35-W. <br /> . Trunk sewers located in neighborhood streets adjacent to the <br /> segment empty into the interceptor. <br /> b. Arden Hills Segment - a 24-inch diameter east to west TCAAP trunk <br /> . sewer passes through the southwest corner of the segment. An <br /> VI-35 <br />
