The City pay the full cost of short-term disability (STD), <br /> 2~ The City pay the full cost of long-term disability (L TD). <br /> , The City pay the full cost of a basic life insurance package, <br /> j, <br /> 4~ The City contribute an additional $475 fOT the month of January toward health <br /> and dental insurance coverage, <br /> Staff would be further directed to report back to the City Council on January 21, 1998, with <br /> proposed changes in the benefit package offered by the City, The above action shall expire as of <br /> January 31, 1998, unless formally extended by the City Council. <br /> BF/sls <br />. <br />. <br />
