Information/Civic Groul)s to Attend <br /> We have confirmed the participation of the following agencies: <br /> . Ramsey County SheTiff <br /> . Arden Hills/Shoreview Kiwanis <br /> . 621 Foundation <br /> Advertising/Promotion <br /> . The City included information in the December/January City newsletter <br /> . Several news releases and articles were sent to the Bulletin, Focus and St. Paul Pioneer <br /> Press <br /> . Notice posted at the Library/City Hall <br /> . Bulk mailing of postcards to all Tesidents the week of DecembeT 15, 1997 <br /> . Bulk mailing of flyer to all residents the week of December 29,1997 <br /> Council and Mayor Topics <br /> As in 1997, the Mayor is proposed to begin the meeting with a "State of the City" address. <br /> This will touch on the activities of 1997, and issues expected in 1998 (see below), Once the <br /> Mayor has completed his address, all five members of the City Council will be seated at a table <br /> to take questions fTom the residents. <br />. <br />
