FilE
e
December 3,1997
BRW, Inc.
Atten: Gregory Brown, P. E,
Thresher Square - 700 Third Street S
Milmeapolis, tvfN 55415
RE: 1998 Town Hall Meeting
Dear Greg:
On January 10, 1998, the City of Arden Hills will be holding their second annual Town
Hall meeting in Benson Great Hall at Bethel College, The City Council and staff are
excited to haw this opportunity to showcase our community, The gathering also provides
an opportunity for citizens to ask questions of the entiTe Council, or on a one-to-one basis .
with Council and staff. The event is a fairly informal time for mingling with staff each
having a department table for various displays or to provide information useful to our
residents,
We would like to invite BR W to participate in this event. It is our opinion that the
positive image portrayed by your firm would serve to boost the confidence level of our
residents in considering future improvement and planning projects, This avenue would
also allow you an opportunity to find out first-hand what is happening in our community.
City staff will be available at Bethel College at approximately 7:30 a.m.. with the open
house portion beginning at 8:30 a~m. Mayor Probst will address those in attendance at a
short "Town Hall" forum in the auditorium, followed by he and Councilmembers
addressing questions and comments from the public, We're hoping to have a proposed
rendering of the new City Hall facility, and anticipate that this will generate many
comments, along with the proposed reconstruction of Highway 96,
\Ve would be pleased if you could join us for the morning, Please let us know if you will
be able to attend, Thank you for your consideration,
Sincerely,
Brian Fritsinger .
City Administrator
- - - -
