<br /> 2. 1369 Forest Lane. The property owner was served on November 26, 1997, Therefore,
<br /> the property owner has 20 days (December 16, 1997) to formally Tespond to the findings
<br />. and 45 days (January 10, 1998) to commence corrective actions, The property owner did
<br /> not offer a challenge to our findings within 20 days. Therefore, work needs to commence
<br /> by January 10, 1998 or the City can exercise its judicial options.
