In the eVent an animal impounded and boarded by order of' the "'City" Health Officer or placed under quarantine by IUling of the State Board ofHealt~ said animal shall be boarded . as required by said order or IUling. At the end of such period. the "City" Sldlrekases all of its interest, right and control over said animals which may then be disposed of at the discretion of"ACSI". In the event that an\' dogs. cats. or other impounded animals are unclaimed after si:\ (6) days, they shall become the property of"'AC51" and may be disposed of or sold at their disc rdion. ..\11 proceeds ft.o the disposition of such animals may be rctained by ".-\(,51" including any proceeds received from anY animals disposed of in accordance to :\lllmesota Statutes 35.71. 9. The City slull hunish to "AC51" any special forms or receipts specitied in the City Ordin.lnce and "ACSI" shall keep records of all animals impounded together with a description of the same. 10. ".-\C51" shall assume liability for all hann to animals due to its negligence or that of its agents in not properly caring for the same, and agrees to defend any b\vsuits arising therefrom. "ACSI" shall defend, indemnii}', and hold the"City" harmless including its officers, employees or agents from any and all claims. suites, losses, damages, or expenses on account of bodily injuries, sickneSS, disease, death. and property damage including injury to animals and the result of, or alleged to be the result of "'ACSI" shall provide the Arden Hills proof of public liability inslllance including comprehensive automobile liability in an amount of at least 5500.000.00 per each claimant and 51,000,000.00 per OCCU1Tence. 11. The "'City" agrees to pay ".-\CSI" for services in the performance oftlus contract as follows: . A. Price per hour - per vehicle for scheduled patrol base on three (3) hours of patrol per week for actual time in service. 1998 523.75 B.
