We feel that if the lot split is approved and a home is built, it will take <br /> away from the beauty and spaciousness of our neighborhood. The request for a lot <br /> width variance would make a future home appear like it y.ras squeezed in and out of <br /> place. <br /> We have livenhere for six years.
