None <br /> <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Discussion about an alternate meeting date in March, due to spring break, was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved and Committee Member Deitz seconded a <br />motion to move the March 17 meeting to Tuesday March 24, 2026. The motion carried <br />unanimously among members present. <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved and Committee Member Deitz seconded a <br />motion to approve the agenda, as amended. The motion carried unanimously among <br />members present. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. January 20, 2026 PTRC Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: Committee Member Olson moved and Committee Member Deitz seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting minutes, as written. The motion carried unanimously among <br />members present. <br /> <br />3. REPORT <br /> <br />A. Council Liaison Update <br /> <br />Council Liaison Rousseau said City Council held a special council work session on January 31 <br />where we talked about immigration enforcement. There is a resources page on the City website. <br />
