<br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS – 5A <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: March 24, 2026 <br /> <br />TO: Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />FROM: Jess Skalicky, Parks and Recreation Manager <br /> <br />SUBJECT: 2026 PTRC Work Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Adopt the PTRC 2026 Work Plan. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee creates an annual work plan to guide its work each <br />year. The work plan includes topics addressed every year, as well as additional special projects <br />the committee may choose to take on. This helps the committee stay organized and focused on <br />its goals and sets the meeting calendar schedule for the entire year. <br /> <br />The PTRC has discussed and identified its work plan goals for this year, including required <br />annual topics and any additional special projects the committee may choose to pursue, during the <br />December 2025 and January and February 2026 meetings.
