<br /> <br />2026 Annual Calendar <br /> <br />January <br />Annual Work Plan Draft <br />Develop a draft of the Annual Work Plan outlining priorities, projects, and goals for the <br />2026 year. <br /> <br />Adopt-a-Park <br />Review the updated informational documents about the City’s Adopt-a-Park, Adopt-a- <br />Trail, Adopt-a-Garden, and Adopt-a-Spot program. Give feedback before final <br />presentation to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />February <br />Public Works Maintenance Plan <br />Evaluate the annual maintenance schedule and priorities set by Public Works for parks and <br />trails. Offer input on maintenance priorities, planting plans, and recommend park <br />improvements to include in the plan. <br /> <br />March <br />Finalize 2026 PTRC Annual Work Plan <br />Review, refine, and adopt the 2026 PTRC Annual Work Plan with the Commission before <br />sharing it with Council. <br /> <br />Park System Plan Updates <br />Review the new Park System Plan and give final feedback and recommendations before it <br />is accepted and adopted by council. <br /> <br />Spring Egg Hunt <br />Serve as volunteers for the Annual Spring Egg Hunt in Cummings Park on March 28, 2026. <br /> <br />April <br />Current Year Parks CIP <br />Review the current Capital Improvement Plan to review active projects, budgets, and <br />timelines for this year and the next 5 years. <br /> <br /> May <br /> 2027 Annual Work Plan – Create 1st Draft <br />Develop a draft of the Annual Work Plan outlining priorities, projects, and goals for the <br />2027 Calendar Year. <br /> <br /> <br />
