Maintenance and current <br />condition <br />The current condition of foot/animal trails is limited <br />and would require some effort, specifically on <br />steeper parts of the hill that leads down to the lake. <br />However, once the initial work of leveling and <br />clearing is done, the trail would require minimal <br />maintenance during warm months and ideally only <br />grooming during the winter months for ski trails. <br />The parts of the trail on school property would be <br />maintained by the school athletic teams who use it <br />regularly while the parts belonging to the city <br />would be the city’s responsibility.
