We propose the following approach and fees; 1. Program and Budget Establishment Phase . During this phase we will meet with representatives of the City (as directed by you) to define the exact furnishings requirements for the project. We will identify quantity and quality of furnishings for all spaces in the new facility and develop a detailed written furnishings program and budget. We propose to accomplish this phase for a maximum-not-t~xceed fee of $5,000. 2. Design, Bidding, Pre-installation and Installation Phase During this phase we will develop alternative furniture systems layouts and furnishings plans as well present different fumiture options for your review. It is possible that the options will be limited to those lines of furniture that the City can purchase through County or State proeurement processes, however that needs to be determined. Following your aceeptance of the proposed furniture, we will proceed to prepare bid documents for the new furniture, and provide assistance to the City during the bidding and award phase. We will provide eonsultation serviees during the pre-installation (furnishings order) phase of the project as well as services during the installation phase, which .
