Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the January 26, 1998 Regular Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Payroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of$615,335.74, and payroll <br /> for the period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to Lametti <br /> and Sons in the amount of $183,649.92 for Pay Estimate #2; MCES in the amount <br />. of $50,048.08 for February sewer charges; Morris Communication Corporation in <br /> the amount of$25,250 for GBD acquisition; BRW in the amount of$35,663.57 <br /> for professional services; LMCIT in the amount of$58,91I for 1998 Insurance; <br /> LMCIT in the amount of $20,867 for 1998 Workers' Compensation premium; <br /> City of Roseville in the amount of $1 06,987 for fourth quarter water purchase; <br /> and Ramsey County in the amount of$51,322 for law enforcement and fue!. <br /> b. 1997 Budget Amendments <br /> The City Council is asked to consider four (4) amendments to the adopted 1997 <br /> Budget. These include the various operating transfers related to the construction <br /> of City Hall. <br /> c. Receive 1997 Treasurer's Report <br /> The City Council is asked to receive the 1997 Treasurer's Report. This report is <br /> due within ninety (90) days following year end. The average yield on investments <br /> in 1997 was 5.85%. <br /> d. Parks and Recreation Commission Appointment <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the appointment of Rich Straumann to the <br /> Parks and Recreation Commission for 1998. <br />. <br />
