CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: February 19, 1998 <br /> TO: Mayor and City Council ,~-, <br /> FROM: Brian Fritsinger, City AdministratoW <br /> SUBJECT: Tony Schmidt Park Redevelopment <br /> Background <br /> The City Council has, over the past several months, had opportunities to comment on the <br /> proposed Tony Schmidt Park Redevelopment plan prepared by Ramsey County. The City will <br /> have an opportunity to make final comment on the Planning Case related to this redevelopment <br /> later tonight. <br /> In the past, the City Council has attempted to encourage Ramsey County to move in an expedient <br /> manner with this project. Most recently, the City Council directed staff to prepare the attached <br /> Resolution, which supports the funding of the Tony Schmidt Park Redevelopment. <br />. Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends adoption of Resolution #98-24, Supporting the Future Funding for the <br /> Redevelopment of Ramsey County's Tony Schmidt Lake Johanna Park. <br /> BF Isis <br />. <br />
