Activities and matters cla88ified as obscene as defined by Minnesota Statutes 617.241 are not included as an Adult Use and are prohibited in the City of Arden Hills. Adult Uses include but are not limited to the following: a. Adult Bodv Paint1ncr Studio. An establishment or business which provides the service of applying paint or other substanc~, whether transparent or non-transparent, to or on the body of a patron when such body is wholly or partially nude in terms of "specified anatomical areas. II b. Adult Bookstore. A building or portion of a building used for the barter, rental or sale of items consisting of printed matter (specifically included, but not limited to, grcQting cards) , pictures, slides, records, audio tape, vid~otape or mo~ion pictur~ film if such building or portion of a building is not op~n to the public generally but only to one or more classes of the public excluding any minor by reason of age or if a substantial or significant portion of such i terns are dist:inguished or characterized by an emphasis on the depiction or description of "Specified Sexual Activities" or "Specified Anatomical Areas". c. Adult Cabaret. ~ building or portion of a building used . for providing dancing or other live ent.ert.a;nrnent, if such building or port:ion of a building excludes minors by virtue of age or if such dancing or other live ent:ertainmenL is distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on the presentation, displ",y, depiction or description of II specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas II . d. Adult Comnanionshi 'P Establishment. A companionship establishment which excludes minors by reason of age, or which provides the service of engaging in or listening t:o conversation, talk or discussion betwe~n an employee of the ~stablishment and a customer, if such service is dist:inguished or charact:erized by an emphasis on II specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas II . e.
