Determining Assessed Cost and Ordering Proposed Assessments <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-31, Determining the Assessed <br /> Cost ofImprovement and Ordering Preparation of Proposed Assessment Roll in <br /> the Matter of the 1998 Street Improvements. The assessed cost is based upon the <br /> low bid, plus overhead and minus other non-assessable components of the project. <br /> d. Employee Health Insurance <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the change in employee health insurance <br /> providers from Medica to Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
