The intersection will be reconstructed as a <br /> part of the ongoing reconstruction ofthe Highway 96 corridor in Ramsey County. The <br /> Thresher Square existing intersection is an at-grade signalized intersection. The report will address alternative <br /> I 700 Third Street So intersection configurations including separated grade with varying levels of access between <br /> MinneiJ.pulis, the two roadways, <br /> M\l55415 <br /> I 612/370-U70U The scope of the study includes the evaluation of existing traffic patterns, traffic modeling of <br /> Fax 612/370-1378 alternative access scenarios in the region, evaluation of multiple access scenarios at the <br /> Highway 10 and Highway 96 intersection itself. Preliminary layouts of alternatives as well as <br /> I Denver a summary of property and cost implications of each altemative are also included with the <br /> Milwaukee report, <br /> Minneapolis <br /> I Newark Information utilized in the preparation of this report includes aerial mapping, as-built plans, <br /> Orlando the Arden Hills geographical information system, preliminary layout plans for Highway 96, <br /> Phoenix data provided by City staff, and other information from field investigations and surveys ofthe <br /> I Portland site.
