Play apparatus such as svring sets and slides, sandboxes, poles for nets, <br /> picnic tables, lawn chairs, barbecue stands, and similar equipment or structures, when used on <br /> residential property, but not including electronic towers, tree houses, swimming pools, playhouses . <br /> exceedirig twenty-five (25) square feet of floor area, or sheds utilized for storage of equipment. <br />
