This action would result in a proposed reconstruction assessment rate per foot of$39.98. <br /> This rate would represent a 5.3 % increase over the adopted 1997 reconstruction assessment rate. <br /> It is this $39.98 rate that is contained in Resolution No. 98-33, and is the basis of the revised <br /> proposed assessment roll (Exhibit E) and the revised project cost funding analysis (Exhibit F). <br /> Written A1;)1;)eals <br /> As of to day's mail delivery, the City has received eight written appeals regarding the proposed <br /> 1998 street assessments. It is expected that this County action will occur at an April board <br /> meeting. Related to this, the City of Arden Hills is expecting a resolution from the City of New <br /> Brighton that binds that City for fifty percent (50%) of the construction costs for Stowe Avenue. <br /> . <br />
