~~~
~-~.
March 30, 1998 f:.;~z:J
e "
.1 ,C.H,.. ...
To Whom It May Concern:
This is to inform the city of Arden Hills that we would like to go on record
as filing a formal objection to the property assessment.
The reason we object to the assessment, is according to the way the city
determines how much a property owner pays is the value the road adds to
the property.
We would not experience any value what so ever. Sandeen Road runs along
the side and back of our yard. We can not even obtain access to our property
from Sandeen Road. Our driveway is on Lake Johanna Blvd.
We found out by talking to some of the people that live on Sandeen Road
that we are being assessed more than they are and our driveway isn't even
on Sandeen Road.
- Going back to the formula that the assessment is meant to show value to the
property owner. We would like to request that the assessment is more in
keeping with this formula. We feel that we should not be paying more than
the people who live and use Sandeen Road daily should.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Hill ~
~O--.I
Jean R.
