City Issues - Short Term <br /> a. Cit)'. Hall Lease Update <br /> Staff will provide a brief update on the status oflease negotiations on the <br /> proposed lease space. <br /> b. Northwest Youth and Family Services, Contract Discussion <br /> The City Council is asked to consider whether or not a change from a Joint <br /> Powers Agreement to a contract affects Arden Hills' election not to formally join <br /> the NYFS. <br /> . c. Maintenance Facility, Fencing <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the construction of security fencing around <br /> the Public Works and Parks maintenance building. <br /> d. Retreat Summary, Philosophy Statement <br /> Staff would like to discuss issues related to the recently held Retreat and receive <br /> direction on how this information should be promoted and/or released. <br /> e. Staffing EvaluationfRestructuring <br /> Staff will have available several suggestions related to the reorganization of City <br /> staff. This is a result of direction from the City Council at the 1998 Retreat. <br /> 2. City Issues - I ,ong Term <br /> a. Lindey's Triangle Park, Renaming <br /> The City Council is asked to consider the request to rename Lindey's Triangle <br /> Park. <br /> b. Retrocession ofTCAAP <br /> The City Council is asked to discuss the City's position related to a request to <br /> retrocede the legislative jurisdiction at TCAAP. <br /> . <br />
