City Issues - Short Term <br /> a. 1999 Budget. CIP Review by Department <br /> Staff has prepared a draft 1999 CIP for City Council Discussion. This is the first <br /> part of discussions related to the preparation of the 1999 Ci ty Budget. The <br /> Council is asked to provide feedback related to this document in order to begin <br /> preparation of the five year CIP and other budget related items. <br /> b. Ordinance Revision for Utility BiIlines <br /> Staff would like to discuss potential changes to the City Code related to a change <br /> in utility billings. With the new meters being installed, the City may wish to <br /> . consider a change from the current quarterly billing process. <br /> 2. City Issues - Lone Term <br /> a. Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department. Update <br /> Lake Johanna representatives will be in attendance to discuss several items. <br /> These include the purchase of new vehicles, training at City Hall and other items. <br /> . <br /> . <br /> ---- --- <br />
