Business District, 14th Street Northeast project on October 14, 1997. Lamctti & Sons low bid <br /> was $713,700.00; Change Order #1 was approved by the Council on Octobcr 14, 1997 increasing <br /> the contract amount by $17,000.00 to $730,700.00. Change Order #2 was approvcd by the <br /> Council on Decembcr 15,1998 incrcasing the contract amount by $193,726.50 to $924,426.50. <br /> Proiect Status <br /> Lametti & Sons has completed the construction ofthc sanitary sewer, water main and a large <br /> portion of the storm sewer work. Approximately 70% of the roadway grading and pond grading <br /> have also bcen completed. The water main and sanitary sewer have becn tcsted, approved and <br /> are currently in operation for the City. Payment Request #4 includes payment for items <br /> associated with this work. <br /> Thc contractor is currently completing storm sewer work, final grading and roadway sand <br /> subbase construction. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Arden I-rills City Enginecr recommends Council approvc Pay Estimate #4 for Lametti & <br /> Sons, Inc. of Hugo, Minnesota in the amount of$254,093.08.
