Round Lake Trail <br /> The City Council is asked to accept the right-of-way permit and authorize the City <br /> Administrator to sign the contract and pay the monitoring fec. Variance <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of Planning Case <br /> #97-24A, variance for a sideyard setback, 3232 North Hamline Avenue, <br /> Arlyn Solberg, for the house addition/three (3) feet when ten (10) feet is <br /> required, subject to the conditions identified by staff. <br /> 2. Case #98-13. Marlyn Tramm. Lot Slllit and Variances <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of Planning Case <br /> #98-13, zero lot line lot split and variances, 3180-3182 Cleveland A v~ue, <br /> based on the findings of staff , and subject to staff identified conditions. <br /> The Commission further recommended a party wall agreement be recorded <br /> with the property. <br /> 3. Case #98-14.
