Cindv Walsh <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the probationary appointment of Cindy <br /> Walsh as the Community Development Director. <br /> d. Reeular Employee Status. Janet Owens <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the appointment of Janet Owens as a regular <br /> employee of the City, based upon the completion of her probationary period. <br /> e. U.S. Fish and Wildlife A!!reemenl. Round Lake Trail <br /> The City Council is asked to accept the right-of-way permit and authorize the City <br /> Administrator to sign the contract and pay the monitoring fec. This action is <br /> related to efforts to construct the trail around Round Lake. <br />4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. Plannin!! Cases . <br /> 1. Case #97-24A. Variance <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of Planning Case <br /> #97-24A, variance for a sideyard setback, 3232 North Hamline Avenue, <br /> Arlyn Solberg, for the house addition/three (3) feet when ten (10) feet is <br /> required, subject to the conditions identified by staff. <br /> 2. Case #98-13. Marlyn Tramm. Lot Slllit and Variances <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of Planning Case <br /> #98-13, zero lot line lot split and variances, 3180-3182 Cleveland A v~ue, <br /> based on the findings of staff , and subject to staff identified conditions. <br /> The Commission further recommended a party wall agreement be recorded <br /> with the property. <br /> 3. Case #98-14. Lot Split <br /> The Planning Commission has recommended approval of Planning Case <br /> #98-14, lot split, 3769 New Brighton Road, Ann Sturgeon, subject to <br /> conditions indicatcd by staff. <br /> . <br />-....-.--.--- <br />
