CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-42 <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS COUNCILMEMBER <br /> WHEREAS, Dale Hicks has submitted his resignation as an Arden Hills Councilmember <br /> effective on June 30, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council received the notice of resignation on May 26, 1998; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember for the unexpired term. <br />.
