Council member Hicks provided <br /> an update and stated that the construction would begin soon. <br /> Commissioner Nelson complimented Mr. Ringwald on the graphics that accompany the Planning <br /> Cases. <br /> Commissioner Nelson asked if there was a moratorium on the expansion of businesses that focus <br /> on adult entertainment. Mr. Ringwald stated that there was a moratorium on adult entertainment. <br /> Commissioner Sand inquired about a property (1426 County Road E) where a high number of <br /> cars were being fixed. Mr. Ringwald stated that he would look into the matter. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Nelson moved, seconded by Larson to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 pm.
