City AdmiO"'@ <br /> SUBJECT: Administrator Comments for the June 8, 1998 Council Meeting <br /> 1. Approval of Minutes <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the May 26, 1998 Regular Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> a. Claims and Pavroll <br /> The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $449,754. 17. The <br /> Council should note payment to Lani.etti and Sons in the amount of $254,093.08 <br /> for Pay Estimate #4; Ramsey County in the amount of$50,575 for June law <br />. enforcement; MCES in the amount of$43,401.58 for June sewer charges; BRW <br /> in the amount of $20,026.0 I for April engineering charges; and Hydro Supply <br /> Company in the amount of $1 0,800.17 for water meter. <br /> b. Probationary Appointment <br /> The City Council is asked to approve the six (6) month probationary appointment <br /> of Sandra Berres as the Senior Accounting Clerk. <br /> c. Res. #98-44. Property Condemnation <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-44, Authorizing Condemnation <br /> of the lndykiewicz property. This action is necessary in order to facilitate the <br /> purchase of property required for public improvements at the intersection of West <br /> Round Lake Road and Highway 96. <br /> d. Temporary Access Permit <br /> The City Council is asked to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to <br /> execute all copies of the Temporary Access Permit. This permit was necessary in <br /> order to complete the improvements to Fourteenth Street as part ofthe Gateway <br /> improvement project. <br />. <br />
