Attached, the City will find a copy of <br /> the permit needed from MT Properties which allowed for the access needed to grade the <br /> property. <br /> MT Properties has agreed to this permit and no problems are expected in obtaining the necessary <br /> signatures. The cost of the permit to the City is $400. <br /> Rccommendation <br />. The City Council is asked to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all necessary <br /> documents related to the Temporary Access Permit with MT Properties. <br /> BF/sls <br />. <br />
