The Commission will <br />meet in July to approve the Comprehensive Plan draft. . <br />Tony Schmidt Park Redevlopment <br />Ramsey County intends to submit plans for the August Planning Commission meeting. They <br />will bid the project out after Council approval. Because of the construction season time lines, I <br />intend to move this planning item up to the first Council meeting in August. Mr. Mack told me <br />that they intend to begin the site work this fall. The Phase II redevelopment has not yet been <br />approved by Ramsey County. If it is approved, the money will not be available until June of <br />1999. Construction will scheduled for fall of 1999. <br />Associate Planner Position <br />We will be interviewing two people in the second interview. Both individuals will be provided <br />with a mock planning case to present at the interview. They will receive materials ahead of time <br />so that they can be prepared. <br /> ~ <br /> . <br />
