Schifsky & Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota the <br /> 1998 Street Reconstruction and Maintenance Improvements Project on April 27, 1998. T.A. <br /> . Schifsky & Sons low bid was $679,356.69. <br /> Proiect Status <br /> The Contractor has completed the bituminous base course paving on Edgewater Avenue and is <br /> currently finishing driveways on Stowe Avenue. The Contractor has also completed the majority <br /> of the granular base on Fairview Avenue and scheduled to pave Stowe Avenue and construct <br /> concrete curb on Fairview Avenue during the week of August 10. Payment Request #2 includes <br /> payment for items associated with the reconstruction of Edgewater Avenue, Stowe Avenue and <br /> Fairview Avenue. <br /> Recommendation <br /> The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends Council approve Pay Estimate #2 for T.A. Schifsky <br /> & Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota in the amount of$212,464.96.
