As you are already aware these properties are in very poor condition <br /> and they pose a serious threat to the safety and welfare of the surrounding community. <br /> The City requested you to contact the City by March 16,1998, to discuss your future <br /> plans for the property, The City has also attempted to reach you by phone several times <br /> without success. <br /> As noted to you in a letter dated August 25, 1991, numerous violations of City Code . <br /> existed (a copy of the letter is enclosed), These conditions have deteriorated greatly to <br /> where the City deems the properties to be not only a nuisance, but dangerous to the <br /> community.
