CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-55 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br /> OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br /> IMPROVEMENT NO. 96RECON8YR <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement 96RECON8YR as last finally adopted on May <br /> 28, 1996, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on June 28, 1996, for <br /> the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes <br /> commencing in 1997; and <br /> WHEREAS, since that date, a parcel of property contained within said assessment roll has been <br /> conveyed by previous property owners; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment oftbe original <br /> assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br /> by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be <br /> . extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an <br /> assessment to be collected in the year 1999 and thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota that it does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as <br /> contained in said assessment roll of May 28,1996, against the following described property. <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS DIVISION NO.
