Bond Proceed Fund No. 704 - Tax Increment <br /> Financing District No.2. $250.000 Soil Corrections <br /> The Authority is asked to authorize payment in the amount of $250,000 to Welsh <br /> . Development for repayment of soil correction costs, The City and developer had <br /> previously agreed, as part of the Development Agreement, that these costs would <br /> be reimbursed utilizing TIF, The City has reviewed all invoices related to these <br /> costs and verified the expenditure. <br /> b. Indykiewicz ProQerty. Condemnation/Purchase Update <br /> Staff may have an update on the status of negotiations with the Indykiewicz <br /> family. <br /> 3.
