Seq, <br /> Since this meeting, the City Attorney and staff have been working through the legal process to <br /> ensure that the hazardous conditions be abated, Recently, the property owner began a process <br /> whereby this property would be sold to a third party, <br /> . The City has held numerous meetings with the current and prospective property owners and their <br /> respective attorneys. To try and facilitate the abatement with the new owner, an agreement has <br /> been reached with all parties, <br /> The key components of the agreement are: <br /> . Mr. Andersen shall pay all legal/court/staff fees incurred to-date by the City of <br /> Arden Hills, <br /> . Mr, Reskuski will board up/secure the home within five (5) days, <br /> . Mr. Reskuski will submit a plan within twenty (20) days on his intentions for 3183 <br /> Lexington Avenue, and within sixty (60) days complete abatement on said <br /> property, <br /> . Me Reskuski will escrow $20,000 that can be used by the City in case of default to. <br /> complete abatement. <br /> The City Attorney believes this agreement is sufficient to protect the City's interest. It also does <br /> not impact the City's ability to continue the "Hazardous Building" process as outlined by State <br /> Statute. <br /> . <br />
