The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> B. Cancel Februarv 23.1998 EDA Regular Meetinl! <br /> Mr. Fritsinger explained that, due to tonight's Special EDA Meeting, and no further pending <br /> business to be transacted at this time, the Authority consider canceling the regularly scheduled <br /> February 23, 1998 meeting. <br /> . <br /> MOTION: Commissioner Aplikowski moved and Commissioner Keirn seconded a <br /> motion to cancel the regularly scheduled meeting of the Economic <br /> Development Authority. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS <br /> Executive Director Ringwald notified that the City and Welsh had substantially closed earlier . <br /> that afternoon.
