Monthlv Fire Run and Insoection Reoorts. Fire Department shall maintain its membership in the <br /> Capital City Mutual Aid Association and shall enter into such mutual aid agreements as it <br /> deems appropriate and necessary. Such agreements shall be premised on the condition that <br /> equipment or personnel will not be sent outside the Fire Service Area if the Fire Department's <br /> Fire Chief, or the Chief's designee, determines that it is needed in the Fire Service Area.
