(ii ) memberships; <br /> (iii) training activity; <br /> (iv) procedures for insuring compliance with competency <br /> standards; <br /> (f) On March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December <br /> 31st of each year, a quarterly budget report due 30 days after <br /> the end of the quarter; <br /> (g) Along with the annual budget proposal (the "Budget") to <br /> be provided by the Department to the City as hereinafter <br /> required, on July 1st, a depreciation schedule for capital items, <br /> a ten year capital equipment purchase plan and a ten year station <br /> renovation and remodeling plan, the cap i tal equipment purchase <br /> portion of which shall designate the station to which the <br /> equipment will generally be attached; '. <br /> - (h) As soon as possible after each occurrence, a fire <br /> casualty report; and <br /> ( i ) Other "reports as may 'be reasonably requested from time <br /> to time, the cost of which, however, will be agreed to at the <br /> . time of ' request. <br /> 5. Mutual Aid Agreeme'nts. The Department shall maintain <br /> its membership in the Capital City Mutual Aid Association and <br /> shall enter into such mutual aid agreements as it deems <br /> appropria te and necessary. Such agreements shall be premised on <br /> ,the condition that equipment or personnel will not be sent <br /> : outside the Fire Service Area if the Department's Fire Chief, or <br /> . his designee, determines that it is needed in the Fire Service <br /> Area. Copies of all mutual aid agreements shall be promptly, <br /> filed with the City after the Department has entered into them, <br /> and the Department shall keep the City informed of the <br /> . requirements, rules and regulations of all mutual aid agreements <br /> to which it is a party. <br /> 6.
