CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 98-72 RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution ofthe Council adopted August 31, 1998, a Preliminary Feasibility Report has been prepared by BRW, Consulting Engineers, with reference to the 1999 Arden Hills Street Improvement of West Round Lake Road from 500 feet south of Highway 96 to Gateway Boulevard; and WHEREAS, this Report and a later Addendum was received by the Council on November 9, 1998; and WHEREAS, the Report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #98-63, receiving Preliminary Report in the . matter of the 1999 Street Improvement project at its November 9, 1998 meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a public hearing on the improvement for the 14th day of December, 1998; and WHEREAS, the scheduled public hearing was postponed in order for the city Council to consider additional information relevant to the project NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: I. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the Report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion ofthe cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $1,543,835, 2. The public hearing shall be rescheduled and held on the proposed improvement of .-".-.". West Round Lake Road on the 4th day ofJanuary, 1999, in the Council Chambers of the Arden Hills City Hall at 7:00 p,m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of sllch hearing and improvement as required by law. .
