The County has indicated a need to <br /> widen and reconstruct this segment of road to further improve traffic flow, which will include <br /> acquisition of additional right-of-way. <br /> JUSTIFICATION <br /> The project is necessary to improve traffic flow and has been programmed in the Ramsey County TIP. <br /> CURRENTSTATUS~ROJECTEDSCHEDULE <br /> '. <br /> Project is currently in the Ramsey County TIP for 2002. <br /> RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING PLANS AND OTHER PROGRAMS <br /> - None - <br />
