<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the D,S, Bank St. Paul, N, A. is the depository in which funds of the City of <br />Arden Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in <br />effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That anyone of the following persons: <br />Terrance R. Post, Treasurer <br />Dennis Probst, Mayor <br />Joseph P. Lynch, City Administrator <br /> <br />is authorized on behalf of this corporation to give instructions by telephone to the D.S, BANK <br />ST PAUL, N, A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />a, to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br />b, to other accounts of this corporation with other banks, <br /> <br />2.
