<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minuesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Arden Hills, Mimlesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day of <br /> <br />September, 2001, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member Grant introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />HOUSING FINANCE PROGRAM TO FINANCE AN ELDERLY <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, GIVING PRELIMINARY <br />APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE ISSUANCE OF <br />REVENUE BONDS PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA LAW, AND RATIFYING <br />THE PREPARATION OF A HOUSING FINANCE PROGRAM <br />(PRESBYTERIAN HOMES BLOOMINGTON CARE CENTER, INC. PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br /> <br />Larson, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Probst, Aplikowski, Grant, Larson, and Rem <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />1323953vl <br />
