CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.2026-010 <br /> On the 8' day of June 2026, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of Ordinance <br /> No. 2026-010, and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, <br /> directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-010 be published. <br /> Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-010 entitled "Amended 2026 Fee Schedule" an Ordinance <br /> Relating to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2026. The primary purpose of the <br /> ordinance is to update the Municipal Code to reflect fees for the calendar year of 2026. <br /> A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2026-010 is available for inspection by any person <br /> during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West <br /> Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
